Conclusion

This case highlights the use of Embrace HES for the embolization of a renal angiomyolipoma. The procedure achieved technical success with durable tumor control. While site-reported outcomes indicated progression from partial to complete response by 90 days, the independent core lab confirmed partial response across both time points. Both assessments showed no evidence of local progression or recanalization.
